Ash Waechter is a real estate investor and Co-Founder of BeaconShore Capital, based in Fairfield, Connecticut. Before entering multifamily investing, he built a successful career as a direct response copywriter and marketing strategist, specializing in the real estate investing coaching niche. His expertise in persuasive marketing and customer acquisition helped countless businesses grow and build trust with their audiences.
Today, Ash applies that same strategic mindset to identifying and managing multifamily opportunities in Columbus, OH. His disciplined, data-driven approach ensures profitability while aligning with investor goals, helping everyday people achieve financial freedom and long-term wealth.

Tara Waechter

Tara Waechter is a real estate investor and Co-Founder of BeaconShore Capital, based in Fairfield, Connecticut. She began her career in administrative and human resources roles at firms such as McKinsey & Company, SAS, and Northwestern Mutual, developing expertise in operations, facilities management, and client relations. Later, she founded a successful marketing consultancy in the natural health and wellness space, where her precision with compliance and detail carried over into her investment strategy.
At BeaconShore Capital, Tara partners with seasoned operators to acquire and manage multifamily opportunities in Columbus, OH. Her disciplined, detail-oriented approach ensures profitability and risk mitigation, while her focus on education empowers new passive investors to build financial freedom and generational wealth.
Tara studied at Michigan State University and combines her background in business with a passion for guiding people toward long-term financial success.
